My hits don't seem to be delivered is there a reason for this?
You have not surfed any sites in the past 30 days. When this happens, the system automatically takes your sites out of rotation until you surf again.

I haven't got time to surf, can I buy hits?
Yes, you can purchase direct hits by clicking the "Upgrade to Pro/Buy Ads" link.

How long should I look at a site before moving on to the next one?
The system works automatically. The timer is set for 15 seconds. Once the timer counts down to zero, a new site will automatically be loaded

How do I know how many hits I have earned?
Log into your account and down towards the bottom of the page you will see your stats for the last 7 days.

How do I edit my url?
To edit your 'Target url' simply go into your account, scroll down to the middle of the page and click on the Edit button (union jack) to the right of the site you would like to edit.

Are my credits allocated automatically?
No, you must click on the union jack to the right of "Allocate Credits" and individually allocate credits to your sites. This option means that you decide how many and what sites get the credits and not the system.

How do I delete my account ?
Go to your account and click on the "Delete Account" link located at the top of the page in the main menu.

How do I edit my e-mail address?
Go to your account, scroll down to the middle of the page and click on the Edit button (union jack) to the right of your email address.

How many sites can I add to my account?
Pro Account holders can add 15 sites. Free members can only have 4 sites. DO NOT SUBMIT THE SAME WEBSITE MORE THAN ONCE!

I have surfed for some time, why do I NOT see my site in rotation?
The reason is simple. What is the point in you seeing your own site - it just wastes your hits - so we have programmed the network so that it never shows you your own 'Target Url'.

How do I earn traffic to my site?
In order to earn credits you must log into your account and click on the "Auto Surf" link. You may also earn credits by promoting your own personal referral link situated under the "Referral" menu, or Going to the PTC area and clicking on the ads.

How do I Unsubscribe / Stop receiving email from ujhits.com?
To stop receiving emails from us, you must delete your account.

I have a Pro Account how do I email my downline?
Go to the main menu and click on the referral button. At the bottom of the page you will see your referrals. If your referral has opted to allow contact from their upline, then the email address is stated. Click the email address and send mail.
